Pay Incentives

We've updated our pay rates and have a strong incentives plan.

Paid Time Off: Accrue up to 40 hours per calendar year.
Paid Holidays: Independence Day and Christmas Day — 8 hours straight-time pay each.
Jury Duty Pay: Full shift at your regular hourly rate (plus applicable incentives) while serving.
Retention Bonus (Job Separation Payment): Bonus of 5% (0–2 years of service) or 9% (2+ years of service) of total gross earnings at Reduction of Force (ROF).
Experience Incentive: $1.00/hr ST and $1.50/hr OT after 12 months of Bechtel service, paid each pay period.
Skills Incentive: $1.00/hr for Foremen and General Foremen who pass written NCCER certification — increases to $2.00/hr for passing both written AND performance assessments.
Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $2,000/year for construction-related training and NCCER exams — available after 6 months of continuous Bechtel service with prior approval.
