Pay Incentives

We've updated our pay rates and have a strong incentives plan.

Night Shift Differential: $3.00 / hr ST & $4.50 / hr OT
Weld Bonus Pay: $210 to $350 depending on welder type
Sign On Bonus: For eligible returning Bechtel journeymen and suepervision
Paid Time Off: Accrue up to 40 hours per year
Experience Incentive: $1.00 / hr ST & $1.50 / hr OT after 12 months
Rigger+ Certification: $0.50 / hr for NCCER Rigger certification, $1.00 / hr for Advanced certification
Skills Incentive: $1.00 / hr for foremen and general foremen who pass written NCCER certification
Job Separation Payment: Calculated as a percentage of total gross earnings at LALNG
Tuition Reimbursement: $2,000 per year for employees with 6 months of continuous Bechtel service
